This
Vacation Certificate (Certificate) entitles you and one
companion to a 3-day/2-night stay (double occupancy in one
room) in an all-inclusive property located in one of the 5
destinations. Destinations include one of: Cancun,
Mexico; Riviera Maya, Mexico; Puerto Vallarta, Mexico;
Acapulco, Mexico or the Dominican Republic.
1.
In order to use this Certificate you must first register as set forth
below.
Please detach and fully complete the registration card and
mail it to the address indicated on the card along with a
$50.00USD refundable reservation deposit in the form of an
international money order. Odenza must receive the original
registration card. Faxes and copies will not be accepted.
Please make the money order payable to Odenza Marketing
Group (Odenza).
2.
Once your
Certificate has been registered, you will be sent further
information regarding your request. All travel requires a
minimum of 60 days booking notice (60 days from the date
Odenza receives your request) prior to your requested travel
date and must be completed prior to the expiration date
printed on your promotional travel certificate. Travelers
must be 21 years of age or older and are responsible to
provide all travel documents and any documentation required
to enter the country of travel including but not limited to
a passport or any required travel visas. Only one travel
offer per household may be used within any consecutive
twenty-one day period of time.
3.
All vacation
offers are subject to Odenza’s availability and promotions
inventory. All-inclusive features may vary by property.
Check-in is available on a Monday or Tuesday only. Odenza
reserves the right to offer an alternative destination,
property and travel dates based on promotional availability.
Additional charges will apply during peak travel periods.
Examples of properties in the various locations include: Dos
Playas and Imperial Las Perlas in Cancun; Hotel San Marino
in Puerto Vallarta; Club Bananas Acapulco or Las Torres
Gamelas in Acapulco; Barcelo Talaquera Beach Resort in the
Dominican Republic; and the Real Playa Del Carmen Hotel and
Beach Club on the Mayan Riviera. These and other similar
properties will be used subject to promotional availability.
It is important that you not make any travel arrangements
until you have received written confirmation of your
vacation.
4.
Accommodation taxes and resort fees (if applicable) are the
sole responsibility of the travelers. Once reservations are
confirmed, a $50.00USD Odenza service fee will be levied for
all charges, cancellations or no shows, in addition to
charges levied by the property or travel service provider,
if applicable. Charge or cancellation requests must be
submitted in writing directly to Odenza by fax
(604-451-0525) or email (reservations@odenza.com).
All penalties will be based on the first business day that
Odenza receives your change or cancellation request. Once a
reservation is booked all supplier terms apply to the
booking. For your protection Odenza always recommends the
purchase of travel insurance.
5.
This
Certificate does not include items such as but not limited
to transportation, transfers, excursions and miscellaneous
expenses such as gratuities, which are the sole
responsibility of the recipient and traveling companion.
6.
This offer
is not valid for groups of two or more certificate holders.
Certificates are non-transferable. This Certificate cannot
be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. No
discount coupons or any other discounts may be used in
conjunction with this offer.
7.
This offer
is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state,
provincial and local laws and regulations apply. This
Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash or monetary
consideration, and cannot be resold or reproduced. This
Certificate is considered void if bartered at any time or
sold to the end user or not paid for by the primary company
that purchased directly from Odenza.
8.
By
participating in this vacation offer the recipient and
traveling companion agree that Odenza will not be held
liable for any actual or potential losses, including without
limitation, compensatory or consequential damages, whether
in contract or in tort, by either persons or property,
arising out of this offer or in connection therewith. These
terms and conditions are final and cannot be changed or
altered by any statement, merchant or representative of any
unauthorized person(s).
